But we also want to ensure every single product matches our quality standards, so we rather develop our product range slower, but ensure a good quality.

How should i wash the clothes?

For a Long living print, wash printed clothes on 30°C + wash them inside out.

How long until i get my order?

We print usually once/twice per week. As soon as your order is printed, we ship it. The displayed shipping times apply for the shipping, not for the processing time until your order is shipped. On average it takes between 5-16 days until you receive your order. Please note that we are not amazon. We try to ship your orders out as soon as possible, but we arent magicians (sadly).

When your oder gets shipped, you get a shipping E-Mail where you find your Tracking Code to track your order. If you did not receive a Tracking code, your Package got shipped as a "big letter". Means: cheaper shipping costs, but no tracking. This applies especially to purchases up to 2 T-Shirts, single Stickerpacks, etc. Make sure to check your Postbox. Most of the time postman put the orders there without notifying you. If you did not receive your order for longer than 16 days after the shipping mail, write us an E-Mail and we will sort it out with the shipping companies.

My order does not fit me/ did not arrive as expected. What now?

Get in touch with us. Simply message us via Mail, Instagram, FB messenger,... and we will find a solution how to send back/swap your order if youre not happy with what you received for whatever reason.
