How long does it take until you get your order?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We are printing on multiple times a week to process your order as quickly as we can. We will ship your order AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. But please note: we are not Amazon. We are just humans, with human hands and human brains.
Usually it takes maximum 3 days to process your order and print your shirt.
In really really rare cases, it might take up to 8 days to process your order due to supply shortages during the Covid pandemic.

Please note: the shipping times at the checkout DO NOT include the processing time.

As soon as your order is printed and shipped - we will inform you!
After your order confirmation you recieve a shipping information

Please check your E-Mail to see if youre recieving them.

We ship domestically and to every country of the European Union.
Shipping company is the DHL.

The shipping time starts as soon as we are done processing/ printing (see the section above).

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If your Order Value is above 38 € this notification will include a tracking number. Orders below 38 € DO NOT include Tracking. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Please allow ~ 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sackenmacken@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING:

Please get in touch with us at first. Message us over the Contact Us Page, over E-Mail (Sackenmacken@gmail.com) or over Instagram direct message/ Facebook messenger. Its easier to get in touch with us first, instead of just sending back the item. Whatever makes you unhappy: we will find a solution for it.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sackenmacken@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
